Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order for reasons including stock availability, payment issues, or suspected misuse. A confirmed order is a binding purchase subject to these terms.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed on the storefront and charged in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because fragrance is a personal care product, opened or used bottles are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged in transit.
Intellectual property
All RÁJUL branding, imagery, copy, and packaging designs remain our property. You may not reuse them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, RÁJUL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order.
