Fragrance returns
Extrait de parfum is a sealed personal-care product. For hygiene and quality reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed bottles.
Eligible cases
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
- Wrong item: If you received an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Defective product: Manufacturing defects reported promptly with supporting photos may qualify for a replacement or refund.
How to request a return or refund
Email therajul.eg@gmail.com or call 01110915596 with your order number and details. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and returned as instructed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours or the item arrived damaged.
