Where we ship
We currently fulfill orders from Cairo, Egypt. Delivery coverage within Egypt and any international options are shown at checkout when available.
Processing time
Orders are typically prepared within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships, when tracking is available.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery depends on your location and the carrier. Cairo and major Egyptian cities are usually faster; remote areas may take longer. Times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Packaging
